$\beta$-decay spectroscopy provides valuable information on exotic nuclei and a stringent test for nuclear theories beyond the stability line. To search new $\beta$-delayed protons $\gamma$ rays of $^{25}$Si to investigate properties $^{25}$Al excited states. $\beta$ decays were measured by using Gaseous Detector with Germanium Tagging system at National Superconducting Cyclotron Laboratory. The emitted in decay detected simultaneously. A Monte Carlo method was used model Doppler broadening $^{24}$Mg $\gamma$-ray lines caused recoil from proton emission. Shell-model calculations two newly developed universal \textit{sd}-shell Hamiltonians, USDC USDI, performed. most precise half-life date has been determined. branch 724(4)~keV proton-$\gamma$-ray coincidences have identified. Three eight are observed first time decay. measurement ray intensities through unbound states is reported. All bound be populated $^{25}$Si. Several inconsistencies between previous measurements resolved, level scheme provided. An enhanced constructed compared mirror $^{25}$Na shell-model calculations. excitation energies, branchings, log~$ft$ values, Gamow-Teller transition strengths good agreement calculations, offering gratifyingly consistent insights into fine structure $^{25}$Al.
